Cancellation & Refund Policy

MAHADEV JANA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If you believe the product received is not as described or as per your expectations, you must report the issue within 7 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will investigate and take an appropriate decision.

For products that include a warranty from the manufacturer, any issues should be addressed directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty policy.

In case a refund is approved by MAHADEV JANA, it will take 1–2 business days for the refund to be processed to the customer’s original payment method.
